Grand Valley Soccer Club

The Grand Valley Soccer Club was established in 1982 and is a member of the South West Soccer Association and accordingly, the Ontario Soccer Association. As an active member of these organisations we observe all FIFA regulations, are fully insured and are compliant with all OSA policies.

  • Registration fluctuates in the region of 200 children year to year, and involves children from Grand Valley and the surrounding communities aged 4 to 15. A comprehensive sponsorship and funding program allows us to supplement the cost of registration and insurance, keeping fees well below other OSA clubs.

  • If you have any questions after viewing our website (link below) then please leave a message on our voice mail at the Grand Valley Arena, tel. 928-2830. The messages are checked every few days and someone will get back to you.

  • We would like to thank The Grand Valley Agricultural Society which kindly donates the use of its land for our fields. We currently have one full size regulation field and three junior fields. In order for the club to expand we will need another regulation size field. If you know anyone who can donate the use of land in the Grand Valley area then please do not hesitate to contact us. The area should be approx. 200' x 350', and we will grade, surface and maintain the area.

This club exists due to the fine efforts of volunteers who run the executive, and the many coaches who volunteer their time during the season. Volunteers are always welcome! High school students can fulfil the requirements of their community service obligations by volunteering their time helping us with various activities.

  • We would also like to thank our sponsors who currently include: Hind's Foods, Grand Valley Insurance Brokers Ltd., Grand Valley Schoolhouse Apartments, Ontario Corvette Club, Silverdale Motors, Mac's Convenience, Grace E. Brown Insurance, Grand View Video, and Windy Field Farms. If you are interested in sponsoring a team please don't hesitate to contact us.
