BORROWING MATERIAL
LOAN PERIOD
The loan period for circulating print material
is 21 days or three weeks .
The loan period for videos and DVDs is seven days or one week.
RENEWALS
Library materials may be renewed for up to three (3) loan periods
provided:
* the item(s) are not on reserve for someone else
* the item(s) are not in high demand
Renewals for interlibrary loans may be requested.
Requests for renewals of interlibrary loan materials must be received
at least one week before the material is due back at the lending library.
RESERVES
Library materials not available on the shelves may be reserved at
the
circulation desk. Reserved materials will be held for customers for
period of seven days.
LOST OR DAMAGED MATERIALS
Members are responsible for materials while on loan to them.
A borrower who loses or destroys library material shall be required to
pay the cost of replacing that material.
The Library has a book drop for your
convenience when the library
is closed. We ask, however, that you not put the DVDs or CDs
in the book drop because of the potential for damage.
Initial membership cards are free. When applying for
a membership card proof of identification is required such as a drivers
license.
Lost or stolen membership cards may be replaced at a
cost of $5.00
INTER LIBRARY LOAN
If you cannot find the material you are looking for in our library we
can search surrounding lending libraries for that material. Loan
periods are for 3 weeks and patrons are asked to return materials a few
